Thank you everyone for coming out last night. It had it's ups and
downs(mostly equipment related), but we managed to raise a good amount of
money for our homie in New Orleans(not to mention booty shakin'). Some of
you know 'Lost' and some don't, but among other atrocities, she was hit by
a car and her skull was cracked and her face bones were crushed. She has
had some reconstructive surgery so far. As you can imagine, her life is
sort of on hold while she recovers and I'm sure the pain is no picnic.
But, she's tough as shit and joked with me in an email recently that
'she's hard to kill'. It sure seems like they tried. I'm sure her spirits
will be lifted knowing that her bay area family cares this much about her.
You guys rock hard!! If anyone else wants to contribute something but were
not able to make it out last night, get in touch with me before next
