79 year old Jose Morales-who has been fighting an Ellis eviction for 2
years
now-is scheduled to be evicted by the Sheriff tomorrow, Wednesday, August
6. Jose has no place to go and will be resisting this eviction and asks
people to come support him.



The eviction could take place at anytime after 8 AM. Come help Jose resist
this eviction! His address is 572 San Jose Ave (right behind St. Luke's
Hospital; between 27th & Duncan).



You can call Jose at 285-1147 to find out whether or not the Sheriff has
come if you can't be there to support him until later. What we hope to
do is
make the Shewriff back off tomorrow.
