remote gallery issues (i'm sure this should be threaded elsewhere, but...)

i can't upload pics because it says i don't have permission, yet i have admin permission. this happened on the road and would only work on certain wifi connections, arbitrarily. ees towtally effed up, main!

that's really weird about only working on certain wifi connections... it looks like you have the right permissions.

are you only using Remote Gallery to upload? or have you tried the default web form upload method? or any of the other methods like the Java-based Upload Applet which allows drag and drop. and in case you're using windows xp, there's an upload method to do it directly from your desktop.

also, just to make sure, the current version of gallery on this site needs Gallery Remote 1.4 or newer.

have you tried creating an album in the Upload Pics album and uploading there?

yeah i'm simply using the applet when you scroll all the way to the right - upload applet - works only sometimes - makes me not want to play with it anymore ...

i will attempt some of these.  it occured to me afterwards that i might be trying to upload a .wav not an mp3, so i first will find the right format amongst my stuff.

i like shellshocks easy-go method
