p.s. - any help with cooking and cleaning before and afterwards will be greatly appreciated.
p.p.s. - there's a room to room party there the night before so you could conceivably stay up all night and then start helping out with brunch preparations in delirium.

Cooperative Roots is a collective non-profit that helps build  sustainable,
affordable housing, empower people to create democratic  cooperatives, and
strengthen local communities through shared  resources and education.
Currently, Cooperative Roots collectively  owns two houses, 3090 King St (Fort
Awesome) and 3088 King St (the  house next door) in Berkeley.
