Peace to all......i'm beginning to plant the seeds to see who out there would be interested in homesteading, cob construction, permaculture community realization, and grounded farming, homebase forming kinds of activities. This space would not be for insanity, rather, sanity, peace, homecooked food, safety, sobriety, and love. A place to formulate your dreams and ideas, a place to come to for growth, relaxation, a place to leave to pursue your adventures, and then come back to again. it would be very child friendly, family friendly, egalitarian, cooperative, encouraging, etc.....

i've recently been inspired to build cob houses, but i can't do it alone. so....right now i am located in the sierra region just east of san fran and san jose...Sonora, Ca. land is still reasonable, and may be going down....we have some kin in this neck of the woods, and i have many organic farmer friends...

the main obstacle, getting people into the rural areas...
