paul is in jail; bring your own flame thrower

I understand that the Paul David Addis, Mayor of Black Rock City (Inc) is in jail.

Therefore, don't count on him to burn The Spectacle early.

This is a participatory event, so bring your own flame thrower.

Bonus points will be awarded to the first individual or team to ignite The Spectacle.
