Enough manic dancing for a minute, okay? It's time to chilllllllll with friends and family. Therefore, a quiet wooded glen in Golden Gate Park hosts the return of...

dj ALAURA
As Mistress Mix, this lady's tunes helped create and define the Acid House genre. One of the pioneers of natural-sound sampling in electronic music, Alaura O'Dell is likely responsible for some of your earliest psychedelic dancefloor experiences. Following her many years as a member of Psychic TV, she chilled the vibe waaaay down with ambient-groove performances and recordings that today stand as some of the seminal works of the 90's 'chill-out' soundwave, working with Bay Area heads like Cheb i Sabbah and Justin Beck. Now she returns to once again make noise, lovely noise...and we know better than to even ask what she has in store.
